Q. At the checkout when entering my card number and clicking proceed a screen appears asking for a password or to create a password
A. This is part of the chip and pin credit card scheme called 'Verified by Visa' or 'Mastercard Secure Code', it prevents credit card fraud protecting the retailer and card holder. If you have already registered with the scheme simply enter your password. If you have not previously registered you will need to create a password, you will be asked for your D.O.B and a security question that only you and your card issuer will know. If you have any concerns please contact your credit card issuer. Failure to enter this password will automatically result in your order being cancelled.
Q. I can't remember my password or want to change the password we have given you
A. If you have forgotten your password simply go to the "My Account" link at the top right hand corner of any page and click the forgotten password prompt and we will send you a new password. If you do not get an email reminder you can call us on +44 (0)1482 891165.
Q. Who are Sage Pay and are they secure
A. We use Sage Pay to process all our electronic payments using the latest encryption technologies. During the checkout process when prompted for your payment details you will be directed to the Sage Pay secure payment page. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.
Q. How can I pay for my order
A. We accept current Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard together with Maestro and Solo cards. We now accept PayPal for online purchases. We can also accept written orders with cheques or postal orders. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please call us on +44 (0)1482 891165.
