The following sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation and return of goods on www.powerlinesupplies.co.uk. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Items delivered (pursuant to orders) are not returnable except by prior agreement.

Change or cancel an order

Before Despatch
It is possible to cancel or change your order provided the order has not entered the despatch process. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call our customer services team on +44 (0)1482 891165 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively email your cancellation request to sales@powerlinesupplies.co.uk.

After Despatch
Once your order has entered the despatch process or has been delivered to your address, you may still cancel and return your order for a refund or change your order for another item. This must be within a 14 day period from receipt of your order.

Return for Refund

You may return your item for refund within 14 days of receipt. The item should be unused in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please see Returns Procedure for details on sending your item back to Powerline Tattoo Supplies.  Any refunds made will be done using the original payment method.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange unless faulty:

All tattoo inks, all tattoo Flash/Design Sets, Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's,  are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. All tattooing products including tattoo machines if they have been used can not be returned or exchanged due to health, hygiene and cross-contamination reasons.

For item/s returned for a refund for reasons other than being damaged or faulty, you will be refunded the item/s amount less any post and packing charge relevant to the returned item/s.  

Any request for credit or replacements for shortages or damages in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, within 5 working days of placing the order.

Exchange an Item

If you wish to exchange your item for another item you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please see Returns Procedure for details on sending your item back to Powerline Tattoo Supplies.  On receipt of your item for exchange, your replacement item will be despatched back to you, the timescale for which will be dependent on available stock.

Please note that personalised and ‘Special Order’ items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

For all exchange requests you will be responsible for returning the goods to us plus be charged the appropriate post and packing fee to resend the exchanged item (unless the returned item is faulty).

Faulty Items

Please see Returns Procedure for details on sending your faulty item back to Powerline Tattoo Supplies. 

If you are returning an item/s because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item/s to us.

When returning a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault and return with the item in its original packaging.

Returns procedure

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and returned to us with prior agreement. The item should be unused, in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging.

  • Package up the item with its original packaging
  • Please quote on all correspondence the returns number you receive from our customer services department
  • Ensure you enclose a full description of the reason for return
  • Send the item back to Powerline Tattoo Supplies by a method arranged by yourself. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting and use an insured delivery service

Returning your item

You can post the return item/s back to us using a postal/courier service of your choice.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange unless your item is faulty or because of an error on our part in which case we will be happy to refund the incurred delivery charges. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.

Guarantee

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please ask your Powerline Tattoo Supplies sales consultant when making your order.

In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund under the guarantee, Powerline Tattoo Supplies reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own assessment and feedback. Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or refund in such instances.
