Postage Rates:
We only deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland. If you want to place an order outside the UK please email us with your order and contact details so we can give you our total cost including shipping and our bank payment details.
Postage rates are £5.95 excluding VAT for orders up to and including £84.99, £8.50 excluding VAT for orders £85.00 and over within the United Kingdom (excluding Highlands & Islands)
All orders are usually despatched the next working day, after payment has been received. On occasions we are able to despatched the same day. Delivery is usually the next working day after despatch, i.e you order Monday, we despatch Tuesday and the order arrives Wednesday. If your order has not arrived after 2 working days please contact us so we can track your parcel with the courier. (We are closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) Normal working / office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Every effort will be made to meet forecast delivery dates, but we cannot however, accept liability for any loss arising from failure to meet them
Any request for credit or replacements for shortages or damages in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, within 5 working days of placing the order
Please note: We do not deliver to British Armed Forces PO Boxes - Sorry!
Anti-Fraud Measures:
As a preventative measure against fraud, we will only deliver your order to your Payment card Billing address.
Please make sure that your delivery address is the same as your Payment card billing address (where you card statements are sent to) or your order will be refunded.
If you still order, and your delivery address does not match the payment card billing address, your order will be automatically refunded and a charge of 10% or £10 whichever is greater, will be taken for admin charges.
