Terms & Conditions

The following sets out the terms and conditions governing the supply of goods, services and information on www.powerlinesupplies.co.uk. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns/Refunds

Products delivered (pursuant to orders) are not returnable except by prior agreement.

Returned goods which are not faulty or have not been sent in error will be credited 90% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition and within 2 weeks. All tattoo inks and tattoo Flash/Design Sets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods and subject to their condition upon return, we will refund the monies you have paid for the goods and/or supply you with substitute goods.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Defective items

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

To return a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging and send the package to the address above:

For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured delivery service.

Any request for credit or replacements for shortages or damages in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, within 5 working days of placing the order

Pricing and Specification

We reserve the right to amend prices to those ruling at the date of despatch

Due to a programme of of continuous product development, we reserve the right to amend specification, design and proce without prior notice

All prices include VAT at 15%.

Delivery and Postage

We only deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland. If you want to place an order outside the UK please email us with your order and contact details so we can give you our total cost including shipping and our bank payment details.

Postage rates are £6.90 for orders up to and including £99.00, £10.00 for orders £100.00 and over within the United Kingdom (excluding Highlands & Islands)

Every effort will be made to meet forecast delivery dates, but we cannot however, accept liability for any loss arising from failure to meet them

If you've placed an order by mistake or would like to cancel your order for another reason, please call +44 (0)1482 891165

or email customerservice@powerlinesupplies.co.uk within the 7 working days following receipt of the goods. Our customer service lines are open 9.00am-5.00pm, Mon-Fri.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Other Information

The user must at all times be satisfied that the items orders are suitable. Powerline Supplies cannot accept liability for the end user and how they are used and store them

We accept no liability for delay or non-fulfilment on any terms of contract caused by force majeure or by any industrial dispute, accident, fire, scarcity of material or labour or by any cause not directly withon our control.

Complaints

If for any reason you wish to make a complaint about a product or service, please call our customer service centre on +44 (0)1482 891165 or (lines open 9.00am-5.00pm, Mon-Fri). Alternatively, you can email customerservice@powerlinesupplies.co.uk. We promise to respond to all complaints promptly, and certainly within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.

Contract formation

No contract will exist between you, the customer, and Powerline Tattoo Supplies for the sale of any product unless, and until, Powerline Tattoo Supplies confirms by email or letter the despatch date for the products you have ordered. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions relating to the purchase of the product will be deemed complete at the time Powerline Tattoo Supplies sends this email or letter to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Powerline Tattoo Supplies provides this website and its content as seen and makes no express representation or warranty of any kind with respect to the website or its content. The price and availability of products supplied via the website is subject to change without notice.

Any contract created between yourself and Powerline Tattoo Supplies will be deemed to have been concluded in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. You and Powerline Tattoo Supplies irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
